The "CSM method" is a construction technique that uses a horizontal multi-axis rotating cutter to mix soil and a cement-based slurry in place, creating rectangular soil-cement walls (such as retaining walls and waterproof walls) and ground improvement structures. It leverages the performance of the horizontal multi-axis rotating cutter, which has a proven track record in the excavation of stabilized liquid for underground continuous walls, providing high excavation capability that allows for construction even in hard ground without auxiliary methods.
